FB KMOV people are saying about half the power is out in Granite City. So, Norad may be in that half. I haven't looked at the Amuren (sp?) map yet, so I can't confirm, but at least a few are definitely out.
Looks like you guys are just getting hit by a second weaker cell. There's also a cell forming by Eureka that might hit GC, can't tell yet, it would have to grow a bit to hit you. But that will be in about half hour or so.
