And this is why I will never ever get a dog from a breeder. Breaks my heart.
If we didn't have a baby in the house (or such a tiny house), I would love to go get him. I will check with my parents. They live in North County and if it's the pound that I think it is, they're only a few miles away.
I hope someone gets to him before they even have a chance to consider.
