    the low fat stuff is usually full of sugars more then the regular stuff so that isn't good for specially if your trying to lose weight. red dyes are really bad for you too, specially the kids. I am trying make my whole house healthy. The kids have a snack corner in our kitchen, we try to keep healthy stuff in it. The one thing I am glad they will eat is apples they love apple dippers from McDonalds (which now they hardly ever get). We picked up apples and caramel the other day for them to eat for a snack but I think their favorite snack is a cereal bar. I would rather cook hamburgers and cut up apples then go by a stupid happy meal any day.
