oh and i forgot - that walking trail costs money to maintain as well - so next we will require a city ID for anyone to walk on the trail too.

just like he doesn't want black gangsters coming from less than 5 miles away to play basketball on a public court in a public park because he views them as a nuisance...
i feel like anyone who avoided the courts or feared/dreaded walking by them was truly a racist person deep down inside - who feels disturbed and threatened by a group of black men, and feels justified in the actions taken because the black folks have gone away from their pretty park.
