I was wondering.....for those of us that suffered storm damage and had to get permits to repair our homes will our taxes go up? I was told that since some of us had to get permits to rebuilt fences, put new siding and windows on our homes that the tax assessment will go up due to improvements on the home but in all actualality we are all just repairing our homes.Anyone have any insight on this one?
