Taco Hut...you bet...I too remember it.
It was razed in or around 1986. I have a piece of their building in my house.
When I was doing a remodel on my house (around 1986)...there was a 2x6x20 foot long sticking out of all of the razed rubble at the Taco Hut location. I stopped and asked if I could retrieve this board...and was given permission to remove the (perfectly good) board from the premises.
This board is the Ridge Board at the rafters...in the 1986 rear addition of my house.
