If Sam’s Club would want to build on Route 3 the Mayor and the Economic Development Director would bring the proposal to the Industrial Search Committee for review. I am not on that committee but I think it could be a very good move unless they want unrealistic tax incentives. As far as the other items you mentioned, no news for right now.
