I sat this evening and watched Anne Curry (sp) from NBC reporting from Japan.
Footage of neighbors, friends and family carefully wrapping their dead, then tagging them for transport in hopes someone will claim them for burial, if that isn't gut wrenching I don't know what is.
Tens of thousands attempting to evacuate the tsunami targeted area, only to be jammed onto one single road that allowed an exit for the entire valley...heart wrenching.
Parents searching for their children, grown children searching for their parents or grandparents, it made me say a prayer for these people and a thank you prayer for myself.
No way, shape or form should anything political be drug into this. Sympathy and empathy, folks.
Sympathy and empathy and GRATITUDE that you aren't in their shoes.
