I am asking for your help. We have a beloved child at Wilson School who has an inoperable brain tumor. His name is Jakorri Jones. He has been battling since the second grade and is now a fifth grader and proud patrol. He can no longer attend school and is being visited by our teachers daily. We are raising money for the family to cover medical costs. Mom lost her job this week due to her need to be with Jakorri. I know that it is a difficult time for everyone right now financially. I am asking that we use our networking abilities to help this family. If you could spare ONE DOLLAR, I am asking that you send it to Wilson School in c/o Jakorri Jones....2400 Wilson Ave, Granite City, Illinois 62040. Donation canisters will be in local businesses around the area and channel 4 will be giving an address to send donations to after a foundation has been set up. As many were celebrating Valentine's Day , one teacher watched as his mother spent valuable time with her most precious Valentine. WE HAVE NO IDEA!! I also ask for your prayers. Jakorri is a sweet little boy that I met when his sisters were signing up for school. He was too young at that point. He has never given up hope and everyone at Wilson School has been pulling for him for several years. Any amount would help.
