My favorite place to get my fried rice has always been Vin Hoa. That was until my hub took me to Thai House this evening. I ordered the combination fried rice and it was off the charts fantastic!
There were no little mystery strips of pork & beef that you really can't tell one from the other, this was loaded full of large recognizable pieces of seasoned beef and pork and all fall apart tender.
I love crab rangoon too. At this place they called them Crab Delights. I can see why, it was like nothing I've ever tasted before. Usually they are to crispy or hard around the edges. The crab delights or their version of crab rangoon were very thin and light and crispy and the filling was piping hot and delicious. They served it with a little bowl of their home made sweet and sour sauce that was also like nothing I've ever tasted.
I can't wait to go back. We picked up a take out menu and luckily the hub doesn't work very far from there. Needless to say he can count on having to bring dinner home from there once in a while.
