I hear a chopper, but can't tell from inside if it's Arch or a news chopper or what.
When I lived there there was a small fire in the basement from one of the water heaters and the cops/EMS came and evacuated everyone. It was this time of year and there was snow/ice on the ground but it was pouring down rain. We hung out in our car until the building was cleared.
