Rasmussen poll results

Number increases when parents of school age children are asked (73% feel this way).
68% feel that teachers unions care more about protecting member's jobs than improving education.

A lot of bad feelings towards tenure laws apparently, what do you think about this issue?
Should there be changes? Should the laws be kept the way they are now?
