we used team work I used the metal shovel and broke the ice and he picked it up with the snow shovel. I think the bag of salt I threw down on the neighbors must of helped a lot because someone was over there shoveling yesterday and it didn't take them that long. A white car shows up over there now and again so at least she has some help
