Off on another subject, does anyone remember Tiger's pizza joint? My family followed that guy all over town. I have never tasted anotehr pizza like his. That recipe could be worth a fortune if someone could get their hands on it. The crust was yeast and crucnhy and chewy at the same time, the sauce had the perfect combination of toomato flavor and spice, the cheese was gooey and stringy-his seasoning was divine.
There types of places are priceless. I want a Tiger's pizza!!!
