Poor litle Rami. He was picked on because of his name. And as for those poor unfortunate Washington Park thieves, they're just victims of circumstance and environment. I wish we could help them.
This is why the system has to be fixed. It's so easily abused that a guy like Rami can get away with it. And where did the money go? My guess is Osama might know.
