i have to agree with you on this because I am not sure about you but there have been many times that I have seen little ones (talking about grade schoolers) that are not properly bundled up walking to school in the cold. Ugh makes me want to slap their parents...oops sorry not promoting violence here but that sort of stuff in uncalled for! My poor kids when they were that age looked like little Randy from a Christmas Story bundled up like a tick that was ready to pop...
