There are already all kinds of these pipes running underneath the property in Pontoon Beach...I lived in Tank Town over twenty years ago and that field that is right behind the properties on Rapp Rd. is where some of the pipes meet up..I remember some sort of leak when we lived there and the water turned red on some properties.That is when I found out that pipe lines from refinery in Woodriver run right under our properties..Had I know that I would not have purchased the property in Tank Town.
