You've been hacked by a phishing site. Clear out all of your cookies and temporary internet files and run a scan with your antivirus or malwarebytes. Most of all Do Not give them your information.
To clear your cookies & temp files open IE and go to tools at the top and delete browsing history (check all the boxes).
