We are busy on week days to cook breakfast. On weekends I try to do both days of cooking but usually it's on Sundays. Today I am making blueberry muffins, pancakes, bacon and eggs. Tomorrow I will make biscuits and gravey.
Growing up, my mom would cook on weekends too. Only she would make home made biscuits and every thing from scratch. I really wish I would of gotten alot of her recipes.
