Born and raised in Granite City and I never been to said convenience store. I'll break down and get an effin extra large hummdinger!
I should have gone when the gettin' was good, when I was young and it didn't matter what I took in. Now I think about the caloric intake of some of these concoctions and well, it might not ever be meant to be.
I like Farm Fresh too. Both Hit and Run and Farm Fresh are two venerable enterprises that have expanded very little over the years but have remained reliable in remaining open (which is a big plus) and in what they offer.
I never been to Hit N Run that I can ever recall, but at least I know it's there and I know up in the Alton area there are several more.
But if I get that Hummdinger, why I'll be sure to tip for it.
