    I was there this weekend, not alot of eagles to be seen. I posted a couple of pics on Facebook. I think it was a little too windy and too warm for them. The river is not fully frozen north of us, and until that happens you will not see a large number of eagles this far south. The nesting pairs are probably the only ones this far south at this time. As majestic as they are, they are the worlds largest couch potatoes and will not travel any further south than they have to..LOL

    The Riverlands, on the Missouri side off of 367(Clark Bridge) is a good place to catch them early morning, feeding in the south side of the dam. It's a bit of a drive, but the Clarksville Dam is further north and usually has a larger population than our area.

    Good luck and dress warm, the temperature that is worst for us is usually best for them. And the earlier the better.
