The lasagna turned out really good with the Ricotta cheese. I used it along with the Italian blend shredded cheese. I made a double batch, using 2 lbs of pork sausage, and used a whole bag of shredded cheese, and a 15 oz tub of Ricotta. It wasn't dry at all. I think I'm finally getting this lasagna down pat.
