I think probably a good idea as it turned out due to the really cold temperatures this morning early, here at my house the outside temperature was 4 degrees at 5:30, dipped down to 3 by 6 am, but now steady at 4 again, sure it will go up some, but wow the really young ones and the ones who have to stand and wait for buses, have no business being out in the cold, especially factoring in the wind chill factor, and we all see how many children are really not dressed properly for the cold, by the parents!!!
