From what I've heard and my limited medical knowledge (and after reading that chart Bob posted), there's more leniency with the top number than the bottom in variation from the standard 120/80.
I never had preeclampsia (high blood pressure in pregnancy). I actually had low blood pressure at all of my prenatal visits (110/70 pretty consistently at every appt). But I've had posteclampsia and since delivering my boy I've had higher blood pressure.
With those numbers, I would go see your doc, especially if you have any other medical conditions that could also be affected/aggravated by it.
