I was at the church from about 8:45 til about 1, and I assure you the family was not bothered or deterred by the no good piece of crap protesters whatsoever.

The groundswell of support from the Patriot Guard Riders and the community surely made me proud to be an American today. There were well over 200 motorcycles, on a bitter cold cloudy day. With the amount of people that were at the church and surrounding area, I would say that attendance for the supporters as compared to the protesters was at least 400 to 1.

The 4-5 protesters were afforded a 12x15 piece of asphalt a good distance away from the church and were long gone before the procession began. Guess it got too "cold" for them...LOL

Of course they were afforded the token news coverage, and I assumed the news crews would leave when the protesters left but was surprised to see that they stayed until after the procession.

A day off work to see patriotism in it's truest form was the least I could do for a young man who gave his life in defense of this country. Semper Fi and RIP LCpl Kenneth Corzine, your duty is done here. Thank you and your family for your ultimate sacrifice.
