I use coupons weekly, have for years. The secret to getting products/food for next to nothing is to be able to "stack" coupons, meaning using more than one coupon on an item. I by no means am a "extreme couponer" but I do get items on a regular basis for pocket change. Walgreen's is a store which allows coupon stacking and I shop there for personal item (re: shampoos, toothpaste, qtips) weekly. Many times I can get something for nothing using coupons but don't need/use those items so I collect up and donate to charity. Its all about organizing the coupons you have, skimming the ads, and knowing which stores allow "stacking". Also you don't buy the same items every week, you buy according to the sales and learn out to stock your pantry to what you need for meals. Takes time and organization.
