I heard the bells on Christmas day, on Christmas day in the morning.... OK, couldn't help myself, lol
Yes, they kind of nice when you are in that area, when I have been at the dowtown library, you can hear them,great for keeeping time, reminds when when an hour has passed.
You can also hear them in City Hall (1st and 2nd floors only, basement walls are too thick). Had the mayor's office manager tell me once a few months ago that someone actually called to complain about them, said they were too loud, don't know why...
