New launcher can send small shells over 2,300 feet, and uses lasers and other devices to accurately track distance, and programs microchip on rocket to explode at an exact distance. For example, terrorist is hiding behind rock formation at 250 feet. The rocket knows exactly how far away he is, and can be programmed to explode just a foot or so before hitting the cliff behind him, blasting him out from above, causing most of the impact to go his direction, killing him.
Prototypes have already been made, and has already been out on battlefields...
