It is a super dupper fixer upper, probably tooooo much, should be completely gutted to the studs, due to mold being really, really, bad, son in law and I know just how much needs to be done, if he could get it for about 50k, gut in completely then spend about 60k redoing it, it could be a really nice house, but then the taxes wow.
