Is this your plate or your neighbors plate? Well this young punk driving this vehicle almost ran me over in front of schnuccks today if I wouldnt have stopped I would been part of the pavement at schnucks. If i woulda had a phone I woulda called the cops on this guy talking on his cell phone, the salvation army collectors outside seen this also. If anyone knows who this plate belongs to needs to explain to this child that you STOP AND WAIT you dont stop and go while people are crossing the crosswalk.
