I think if these developers would just invest money into there own properties and wouldn't let them run down they could keep renters in there own buildings. If you look at granite the nameoki commons was redone and is now a bright spot for granite, but on the other side the shopping center radio shack was in was ran down and really needs a make over. Yes there is new developments on route 3 but it's not the developers fault if buisness from the ran down shopping centers wants to move out there or to the nameoki shopping centers it falls on the owners of the ran down shopping centers for not reinvesting in there own properties.
