It's actually a recipe that was in the newspaper that I cut out years ago. I found the same one I use online: Cajun Deviled Eggs Ingredients 12 hard boiled eggs 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & finely chopped 1 tab ground cumin 1 tab prepared mustard 1 teas cayenne pepper 1/4 teas salt paprika snipped cilantro (optional) Directions Shell cooked eggs. Cut eggs lengthwise into halves. Slip out yolks & mash with fork. Stir in mayo and next five ingredients. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture, heaping lightly. Sprinkle with paprika, and garnish with cilantro, if desired.
