Sorry to keep this in the gossip area. But apparantly no one bid on it to purchase it. Now there is a note on the front door saying that Fannie Mae owns the property, however a second note says to contact Southern Realty in Belleville to buy the property. I called the realty, seems they have been contacted as agents to get it ready to sell for the Bank. By the way the Bank I believe is Regions Bank, sounds to me like the bank is trying to unload this piece of crap filled with Black Mold to someone. House needs to be condemed as it is unliveable, the only thing of value is the corner lot, and I doubt if it is more valuable than what it will take to tear down and contain the mold.
