So forgive me for asking a stupid question, but if you're getting nicotine and actually going through the motions of smoking (even if it's not a real cig, you're still doing the inhaling), how does it work to get you to quit? Is there a step down process where you get the strong ones first and then gradually go lighter and lighter? How does it work, both physically and mentally, kinda like the gum? (It's giving you the oral fix but not in the same way, and at the same time giving you a regulated amount of nicotine)
