According to Merriam-Webster, "86" (or eighty-six) means to refuse service to a customer, to get rid of something, or to eject someone.
"86" (or eighty-six) generally means to get rid of, refuse service to, or reject something or someone, originating from 1930s restaurant jargon. While often used metaphorically to mean "throw out" or "discard," it can be used in extreme, albeit rarer, contexts to mean kill or murder, sometimes referred to as a "mob term". ~ Merriam Webster
