Your sympathy for her child is heartwarming.

Jonathon Ross had no reason to kill her. It doesn't matter what you think of her and her wife, whether you agree or disagree with her methods of protest. His life was not in danger.

Ross was not justified in killing her. She pissed him off, he yelled "f&cking bitch" as her car drove away with her body mortally wounded. He left the scene without any investigation.

If this had been a police officer instead of an ICE agent, given the same "crime" she committed he would be removed from duty and fully investigated.

Noem has stated they have no reason to investigate Ross. It's wrong. An American citizen killed by an out of control ICE officer for not obeying his order... not an order to "drop the gun", she didn't have one.
