That family rolled up into a mob of protesters. iCE states they did not target that vehicle. They were trying to disperse the mob. From all the violence and theft against Federal property (breaking agents car windows, slashing tires and stealing equipment and devices) it very probably could have been a rioter rolling that can of teargas under their car.
