Panhandlers are always around, I just think its funny that lefties are not quite as quick to give away money when it is their money. They are more than happy to piss away other peoples money on every stupid project they may support though.

Most of these people are legit, and of course like everything else some are not. Heaven forbid that you might give a fraud two dollars though right?
