All the programs or grants need to be looked at and audited then changed or stopped if there is proof of abuse, fraud waste.

Musk has no idea what many of the programs cover as evidenced by his back tracking some of his cuts.

Polls show that 6 in 10 Americans are concerned about the way Musk is slashing and burning.
