This old gal will admit I am no where as educated in the new tech world as you younger people,

but I do try to keep up with a changing world,,

I am sure many people working from home are as ,if not more, productive as those working in buildings..

.My experience in the work force has been people with good work ethics do not need to have a boss standing over them to be a great employee..
