Her title was just changed to “Chief Human Capital Officer” to get around Trump’s DEI ban.

The CFTC is trying to rebrand DEI to circumvent Trump’s EO. A first grader could have figured out they would try these kinds of juvenile tactics. A few nice fines may be in order here.
