Hmm .. maybe read up on the outlined core mission since its inception and you will( hopefully) realize that the allocated public funds for a great many initiatives are not aligned with the mission.
If not, I fear you will be subjected to Nurse Ratched and her 5pm medication time regime in the treatment of chronic TDS.
