Trump cares enough to go bail out what the Democrats destroyed in Mexifornia. He got 31% of the vote in L.A. yet he went. That is a far cry from Biden's response in N. Carolina where he sent FEMA in to half-ass help those people, except of course the ones who had Trump flags in their yards.
Econ 101: You get more of whatever you subsidize and less of whatever you penalize.
