More is coming out about the girl who did the shooting. She is from divorced parents and lived with her father. She had a manifesto, which I have only saw a bit of. In it she talked about not feeling her father loved her and wanting to die. She stated that suicide would go unnoticed and be boring. Apparently, she did not want to die unnoticed.

I would think she had major mental issues.

It never said how she got the gun, but did say her father has many guns and has a picture of this girl at the shooting range on his facebook.
