You are correct, he said many times he would not pardon Hunter and then went back on his word. I personally think he was motivated by Trumps mission to come after the Biden family if he were elected. He went back on his word, if you want to call that a lie, I won't argue that. That was my second point... if you want to compare Trump and Biden on the number of lies they have told, there would be no competition. I think with election of Trump, voters decided that politicians ARE above the law as are those that are related to them or loyal to them or have something on them. Sad, but true.
