No charges were filed, and Trump was and is well aware that Republicans don't vote as a block like Democrats do, at least not to the same degree. Since GAETZ is very much a rabble-rouser and boisterous as hell, if the Democrats could have nailed his ass they would have. They couldn't and didn't.

It's funny how no charges were filed and yet he is assumed to be guilty. Actually, I am ok with playing that way just as long as the same criteria are used for Democrats also. See, this is where you will run into a bit of a roadblock.
