Reading between the lines, Joe and Mika, are probably the most highly-paid MSNBC hosts. They know that MSNBC ratings have tanked because they have demonized Trump and lied to the American people about Joe Biden's mental health. They are likely on the list of bygones that MSNBC will jettison. So they are groveling to the Master in hopes that it will help them land a new overpaid talking head job.
