I don't know what ALL Democrats want, but I do know that many Democrats are quite comfortable knowing that in what might be a tight election, they have that little cushion to fall back on. I know this much, you don't hear all that many Democrats complaining about voter fraud, and it's probably for a pretty good reason.

Both parties should fight all forms of voter fraud, and the penalties should be more than a hand slap.
