What they did do, however, was lie, spin, twist, what her actual assignment was and they defined the term "border czar" as having total responsibility with border security.

If they want to call her the "border czar" and explain that her responsibilities were a diplomatic mission to work with South American countries to pinpoint what issues in those countries were causing people to flee, that would be fine. That would be the truth.
