Defending McCain as a hero against a coward who never served is in no way, shape, or form disrespecting him. If anything, it's highlighting the respect he and other war heroes deserve.

Perhaps you should be embarrassed by defending a man who has used, what you termed, "disdain" because of a lack of support for legislation Trump wanted... used that issue to attack his character and his service to our country.

The fact that Republicans turn a blind eye to this type of thing is a slap in the face to Veterans.
